The response to a telephone request for an appointment was made within 75 mins of my call even though I emphasised my symptoms were not urgent. The follow up appointment at the surgery was booked for 2 working days later. Treatment was successful. All very, very efficient. Thank you.

Dr Pillai has given my sons consistently excellent care. He is kind, patient and knowledgeable and goes way beyond what is necessary to make them feel at ease.

There are inconsistencies between the information on the surgery's website and the telephone answering message with regard to the opening time. The link to the practice leaflet on the website does not work, producing a page inviting you to enter your postcode to find out whether you are eligible to register with the practice. Letters to doctors go unacknowledged, never mind answered, not that I don't have sympathy with GPs - what a way to make a living!

I would like to thank and commend the team, especially Dr Edwards, Dr Rodrigez and the community nurses for the care of my father who died last weekend at the age of 98. With their support , despite his increasing incapacity he died peacefully and painlessly in his own home with his family around him. We appreciate that it could have very different without their help Mary Robertson
